One year ago today, we met our precious Claire for the first time. We were finally holding the child that we had prayed 2+ years for in our arms. I can't believe a year has gone by already but at the same time she has always been a part of our family, right!? I am so thankful that God chose us to be her family. The Bible says that children are God's reward to us and a blessing for us. Thank you, God for rewarding us with Brianna, Nicholas, Hunter and Claire (and soon Caleb).

Crying, crying . . . crying. What a year it has been. Robin, I will never forget the smile on your face that day you stood on my porch with Melissa and held up that first beautiful picture of Claire. Soon, Teddi and Claire would both be home, and finally Katie. Yes, what a year it has been! God has poured blessings on us abundantly!
And today we celebrate the miracle named Claire! A sweetly strong, ever determined, hilariously funny, adrenaline-rush loving, joyous, smiling MIRACLE named Claire!
Oh Claire how blessed we have been to be a part of your life. How blessed this world is with you in it precious girl. Keep singing with your smile, it speaks volumes . . . sweet sounding, "music to the ears" volumes!

Oh, Robin! Thanks for sharing. We have a horribly slow internet so the video took about 30 minutes to watch, but we loved every picture. Miss you guys so much! Celebrating CLAIRE and all that she is!

Robin, How beautiful! We have similarilties. Sierra turned 3 the day we came home from China. She turns 3 1/2 tomorrow!! We just celebrated our 6 month Gotcha Day!
