About 2 weeks ago, she was moved to an Australian foster family. So for the first time in 7 years she walked out of the orphanage. This is huge, she is already learning how families "work" and she is learning some English. I am so thankful for this foster family! They say in their notes to us that they love her already and she is a very special girl. The foster parents are teachers at an international school and they were able to secure a scholarship for her to go as well. Guess the language of instruction at this new school? Yep, English!!! She is in the 2nd grade which is the same grade as Claire! We learned so much in these 2 emails but I will just share some of the pictures we received. That is what you really want anyway, right?
This was taken at the international school!
This was taken after an evening of dress up with the foster family! They say she likes girly clothes and hair clips! She will fit right in!
Still amazes me how God can give us such love for a child that we haven't even met yet but oh He does and oh how we love her and can't wait to get her home! We can't wait to meet our Chinese possibly Australian sounding daughter!
